Get in Touch With Us
Have a question, spotted something that looks wrong, or simply want to share your thoughts? We would be glad to hear from you. This page explains the easiest way to reach us, what to include in your message, and what you can expect once you have written in.
How to Reach Us
The quickest way to contact us is by email. Please write to info@chislethoathfederation.co.uk and a member of our small team will read your message personally. We do not use automated replies to answer questions, so every response comes from a real person.
What You Can Write to Us About
People get in touch for many different reasons. Some of the most common include:
- Corrections: if a detail on one of our pages looks out of date or inaccurate, tell us where you saw it and what you think needs changing.
- General questions: if something we have written is unclear, ask and we will do our best to explain it more simply.
- Feedback: suggestions about topics you would like covered, or ideas to make the site easier to use, are always welcome.
- Partnership or media enquiries: please give a short outline of your proposal so we can pass it to the right person.
Helping Us Help You
A few small details make it much easier for us to reply properly. Where possible, please include the address of the page you are writing about, a brief description of the issue, and, if relevant, a screenshot. A clear subject line, such as "Question about a page" or "Possible error", also helps us sort messages quickly.
Please do not send passwords, bank details or other sensitive personal information by email. We will never ask you for them.
When to Expect a Reply
We aim to answer most messages within two to three working days. During busy periods or public holidays it may take a little longer, but every message is read. If your enquiry needs more research, we will let you know and follow up once we have a full answer.
